As an Interim Executive and Management Consultant with operations-level and implementation expertise, since 2003 I have successfully supervised and led numerous value enhancement and transformation projects as well as restructurings and turnarounds.

I take on the responsibilities to implement change during at critical points in companies’ life cycles and take a comprehensive, entrepreneurial approach to securing sustainable value enhancement and the future success of mid-sized companies, both domestically and internationally.
